At Making Waves Speech Therapy, our goal is to empower people with communication difficulties to find their voice and be heard. Our founder, Nicole Spencer, MS CCC-SLP, has over 7 years of experience in a variety of settings and is passionate about helping children communicate and addressing speech and language difficulties.  As a bilingual therapist, Nicole is able to provide therapy in Spanish and understands the importance of dual-language learning in any language.  
 

We specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, including Gestalt language processing, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and play-based therapy, which helps children develop their communication skills in a fun and enjoyable way. We are also equipped to address a wide range of speech sound disorders and language disorders.
